To me weekends are for relaxing and spending time with my family. This afternoon I spent some quality time with my mum. It’s nice to have some time for just the two of us.

How did you spend your Saturday afternoon?

Another awesome thing about mothers: they’re usually there when you need them. Thanks mum.

I had such a lovely relaxing day. Work was pretty heavy this morning but I love it so that was okay.

Then this afternoon I started plotting for Nanowrimo (one more day and then the madness starts! HELP!) and painted.

Two weeks ago I started work on a piece for a good friend from my class. I’ll show you a tiny sneak peek but not too much (yes Mona, I know you’re probably on here and are dying to find out what I’m painting… hehe).
